01what it records
Entry 01
What it records
Your own site or any other. The extension watches what you do on the page and writes each action down as a step, with the element it happened on.
Clicks, typing, list picks and checkboxes
File uploads, drags and page changes
Follows single-page-app routes and links that open a new tab

02steps that keep working
Entry 02
Steps that keep working
A step does not hang on one fragile detail. Each one keeps several ways to find its element, best first, so a renamed class or a moved button does not break the whole test.
Test id first, then role, label, visible text and a CSS path as backups
Copy any element's locator with CtrlShiftP

Press a way to change it on the page. The step moves to the next way that still finds the button.
