What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and workspace content you create (apps, dashboards, workflows, tests, queries, and connected-source configuration). If you subscribe to product updates from our website, we store the email address you provide, nothing else.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the product, secure your workspace, respond to support requests, and (only if you subscribed) send product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train models.
Your data sources
Credentials for sources you connect (databases, APIs, OAuth accounts) are encrypted at rest and used only to run the queries and automations you configure. You can disconnect a source at any time, which revokes our access.
Retention & deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will complete it within 30 days.
